Don't leave for tomorrow what FIXO can do today

Since 2019, FIXO has been developing a platform that ensures a wide network of qualified professionals to meet the customers basic needs. From cleaning the house, ironing your clothes, installing lamps, going through repairs and even personal and pet care.

UX AUDIT

The UX audit was particularly helpful to understand users main pain points. What were the reasons for drop outs, what wasn't clear crystal, and above all, to understand the mental map of a persona in need for a service like this.

USER TESTING

We run several interviews with end-users to obtain qualitative data. The data analysis was done through a coding process. Basically, coding involves notating qualitative data sources with certain predetermined relevant tags (deductive coding) or tags that you generate after engaging with the material (inductive coding).

For every finding it was recommended a solution, which later on was translated into the final UI.

NEW USER FLOW

What it used to be a big and heavy complex flow, it became a minimalistic and realistic flow. We were able to create a user friendly journey, eliminating over-detailed forms, removing not important steps and by putting the checkout in one page. The check-out is made of 4 boxes, each of them pre-filled, just for the user to confirm his/hers details. This simplified user's life.

FIXO is a secure way to hire different services at home, like house cleaning, repair services, beauty or well-being services for those who do not have the time, skills or patience to perform them. Let's hire an ironing service!

ENDPOINT

After ordering a service through FIXO app, customers will receive a confirmation by email. After the service, the client is able to give a review and choose if she/he wants to make it recurrence or not.
